What is included with the rental?
The rental rate includes use of all five acres as well as the indoor reception hall, prep kitchen, and bridal suite + grooms room. The rental rate also includes 100 white Chiavari chairs, and nineteen tables of your choice. The property is accessible for up to 12 hours for Saturday rentals, and up to 10 hours for Friday/Sunday rentals. All events must end by 10:30pm and all belongings must be removed by midnight. All day rentals include one scheduled photography session for engagements photos or a bridal session with your own photographer.
What is your maximum capacity?
We can comfortably accommodate up to 175 guests!
Can I host a ceremony onsite?
A ceremony can most definitely be held onsite! We have a few different ceremony site options!
Is there adequate parking?
Yes, we do offer adequate parking as well as parking attendants which are included with the rental!
Are outside vendors allowed including catering, bar services, and rentals?
Yes, we welcome outside vendors, we just ask they complete our vendor agreement and meet our insurance requirements.
When are deposits due?
In order to reserve a date, a signed venue rental contract & 50% nonrefundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event as well as a $500 refundable damage deposit.
How can the venue be decorated?
StoneBridge Gardens is designed to compliment an array of styles and décor. With your vision each event is a unique experience. We do offer décor packages including linens, table centerpieces, and outdoor décor.
Do you require a planner or day-of coordinator?
At Stonebridge we do not require the use of a planner or day-of coordinator however, to have the best experience possible, we highly recommend it! We do have in house day-of coordinators available for an additional fee.
Do you allow photography sessions at StoneBridge?
Photography sessions are exclusively reserved for StoneBridge clients.
